MBCV Membership Application
Notice for applicants looking to register your cars on the Club Permit Scheme (CPS) with the MBCV: We require a 2-4 week turnaround time for your CPS application, so it is advisable to obtain your RWC AFTER you obtain your membership number. Please see the Club Permit Scheme (CPS) page for more information.
To apply for membership to the MBCV please complete the following three pages that make up the membership application form. They consist of your personal details, your vehicle details and your payment information.
Payments are made securely via PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to process your payment. You can use your Credit/Debit card.
Membership fees are currently $105.00 per year and there is a joining fee of $50.00*. The Club year is July - June.
Between mid-October and mid-February, a reduced membership fee of $55.00 applies (plus the one-off $50.00 joining fee). If you elect to join at any time during this period, you will be required to pay the following year's full subscription which will be due and payable on 30 June.
From mid-February to mid-May a fee of $130.00 applies (plus the one-off $50.00 joining fee) which will cover your membership to 30 June the following year.
* An additional $250.00 Express fee applies if you require your membership to be ratified within 72 hours.
Please note that the monthly deadline for membership application is the Thursday before each monthly Committee Meeting, which occur on the third Monday of each month, except for December.
Once received, your membership application will be presented at the next Committee Meeting for ratification. If your membership is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after the meeting. There is an express membership option should you wish to expedite this process (additional fees apply).

You may find it useful to have details of all your Mercedes-Benz vehicles (including the VIN) available to complete your application. Please note it is not a prerequisite to own a Mercedes-Benz vehicle to apply to join.
